Our Construction desk is recruiting a Technical Manager with specialization in the joinery business.

You will effectively manage the Technical team and be responsible for all technical aspects of projects including Shop Drawing Production, Workshop Drawing Production, work orders, Cutting Lists, Parts Lists, Material Submittal, RFI’s & Drawing Registers and quality control etc.

One of the key aspects of your position is effectively coordinating and managing communications between the projects team and the factory, in addition to handling relationships with the client and sub-contractors for other areas of the projects.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in joinery

Must have demonstrated experience in managing and leading people
Knowledge of Production software and excellent knowledge of the production process

Fluency in English and good presentation skills

An individual with strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen will be successful in this position
