Job Overview:
Our IT desk is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our international client’s Indian operation.
The purpose of the role is to develop new business and manage the sales pipeline within the IT enterprise segment.

In the capacity of a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
Manage the sales activities for their IT Technical and Business skills Training services.
Lead business development by generating leads through self-generated leads Individual should Conduct all online / in-person demonstrations and carry out presentations to prospective leads with an aim to explain the complete training services offering in English.
Use existing relationships to grow business with new clients.
Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients (tier 1 and tier 2)
Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently.
Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities.
Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle
Build the brand in the given markets with high level representations in all given activities
Skill and Requirements:
You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related discipline.
Must have demonstrated experience in the IT technical training sales to the IT Tech tier 1 & 2 companies, specifically the OEM’s and vendors (software /solution manufacturers and the likes)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT training services sales
Enjoy sales and negotiating contracts / deals
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A tenacious attitude and persistent to ensure closure of sales deals.
Candidates without experience in training services to the IT& Tech companies will not be shortlisted.
