Our business support desk is recruiting an HR Administrator for a renowned business in UAE
The HR administrator will act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, you will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.
Role:
You will prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Assist the department in all aspects of visa processing and liaison with the free zone authorities
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) and provide support in all areas of HR administration
Profile of the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience in HR and administration
Prior experience in working with free zone authorities in UAE
The incumbent must have good presentation skills and a fluent communicator
A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
