The Role:

Our Engineering team is seeking a senior Manager to lead the manufacturing and R&D division for an international firm specializing in Oil & Gas surface technologies and facilities.

Your role will involve evaluating the company’s products and make the best possible improvements while taking cost effectiveness into account.

Overseeing the production of the initial batch of new products and solutions.

Creating and overseeing the system components or directing product modifications to guarantee adherence to engineering design and performance requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

The incumbent  must have 5 years of work experience in a comparable role and 15+ years’ experience in the oil &gas surface equipment production and maintenance.

Knowledge of oil and gas surface equipment such as valves, Christmas tree equipment, and surface wellhead design engineering.

Solid familiarity with the requirements and specifications and standards for Oil & Gas valves.

The capacity to handle strict deadlines and lead design reviews and projects

Expertise in the design and manufacture of valves, Christmas tree equipment, and surface wellheads.
A mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably an MBA in business/general management.
Exposure to pertinent software, such as AutoCAD, ANYSIS, and SOLID WORKS.
The capacity to handle strict deadlines
Capability to oversee design reviews and projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills experience in providing customer service for API 6A products.
