THE PROFILE:

Our client operates in multiple locations across Saudi Arabia within the automotive market. We are recruiting a Supply Chain and Sales Operation Manager for their automotive business.

The position reports to the head of the business and will be responsible for managing their entire automotive operation across the Kingdom

Responsible for the annual sales plan and growing the business in these strategic locations

Develop the parts  marketing strategy and sales budget along with the Business Head and exceed the objectives of sales and gross margin

Primary KPI’s Parts turnover ,  high Customer Satisfaction Index and profitability

THE PERSON:

Must have proven  track record in running an automotive parts operation, ideally both retail and wholesale

A driven individual with a passion to succeed and strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket business and supply chain management

Must have automotive parts sales experience in KSA

Fluency in English with exceptional presentation and communication skills
