Job Profile
This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Services with a dotted line to the CEO and the role is part of the Leadership team.
This position requires someone who is able to build a strong HR Shared Services centre to support the organization’s group operations.
You will develop and lead people development programmes, spearhead recruitment drives across the region , implement and standardized company policies and procedures
Essential Background
The incumbent needs to be someone that is able to handle large levels of responsibilities and drive the HR/Admin team to achieve results.
Experience in heading up HR at a group level with exposure in a group setting or holding company.
You must have demonstrated experience in Performance and reward management, employee relations, change management and CompenBen.
The incumbent must have prior experience in dealing with executives at the top and managing relationships with local group owners and Fluency in Arabic is must.
