Our IT desk is recruiting multiple senior level sales positions for our customers operating in the Middle East and African region
We are looking for candidates with a successful track record in selling to the FSI industry in the GCC and Africa, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Egypt
The Role Profile
In the capacity of a senior sales manager you will manage the 360 degree sales cycle
Have the vision to grow business within assigned customers; define and implement winning strategies
Build the financial and commercial offers and ultimately closes deals
In this role, the Senior Sales Manager-FSI is the key commercial liaison to select customer accounts, customer accounts will include the banks and the financial institutions
The position will serve to develop relationships within specified customer accounts in an effort to give better visibility and recognition within the relevant sales region and within the specific account
Key Performance Indicators for this role are pipeline accuracy and growth, customer satisfaction evolution and account growth, and successfully closed sales
Develop and manage the account plan and strategy through customer intimacy and understanding and manage the relationship with the customer
In charge of summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts and promoting the company’s portfolio
Lead & manage the sales process, present business case and strategy internally and sell it externally
Adapt and reorient the bid as required during the bid process
Conduct strategic and consultative sales campaign with the objective of providing payment solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
15+ years’ experience in financial solution ( payments , risk, AML , authentication, core banking , security etc..) sales primarily to the financial institutions including banking and financial services sector
Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent presentation skills with the ability to lead
Must have minimum 6 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia or Egypt
Experience in managing other countries in the Middle East and Africa would be ideal
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.)
A solid understanding of the FSI segment, KSA or the Egyptian market & market dynamics and complexities: products, players, technologies and contacts in related markets.
An aggressive track record of sales and delivering on growth objectives
A solid understanding of banking operations and know-how of payments solutions, payment security, risk management and/or merchant solutions
Thrives in fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.
