JOB OVERVIEW:

A Leading dealership in the region is currently looking to hire a new Senior Sales Manager for their retail division. The successful candidate will manage all their retail sites and monitor the performance of the used car division.

ROLE:

As a Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the motor industry, motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities will include: Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by you/your team, and in a manner that focuses on the Customer Sales Experience.

Lead, motivate, manage and drive the team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the dealership’s key performance indicators.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You must have a successful track record in passenger car sales and leading a team of sales managers and team leaders.

Previous motor industry experience particularly with mass-market or premium automotive brands is ideal.

Must have an aggressive track record in driving automotive retail sales with the ability to manage multiple sites.

A driven individual with a passion to succeed and strong knowledge of the automotive business.

Good communication skills ,Customer facing experience, fluency in English and Arabic are essential.
