Our team are looking for a Bodyshop Manager who will manage the expected growth and the activities of Body Shop on a daily basis for smooth, efficient and profitable operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure staff’s execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
Maintain the discipline, safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules regulations and procedures.
Develop the team to a level of proficiency that enables them to deliver outstanding quality of service. Reviewed employee performance on a regular basis and ensured customer satisfaction.
It is essential to have a customer centric approach and be operationally proactive by nature to ensure daily departmental tasks, routines and resources are available to deliver high quality services.
Requirements:
Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any technical related field.
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in managing a bodyshop operation for premium brands of which 5 years’ experience in managerial capacities
You must have a successful track record in managing a relatively busy body shop (both body and paint)
The right individual must have prior experience in a facility with high Customer Satisfaction Index score
Must have hands-on experience in prestige brands
Good communication skills, Customer facing experience and fluency in English are essential
You must have strong communication skills with sound judgement and decision-making abilities and have excellent leadership skills.
