On behalf of our client we are recruiting QS for their joinery and fit-out business.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in the preparation of bids and estimates

Assist Project Managers in drafting and issuing of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash-flows and preliminary schedules

Identify labor, material and evaluate timelines by studying proposal, blueprints, specifications and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project teams

Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the life-cycle of the project

Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained

Requirements:

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Relevant certification in quantity surveying

Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in the construction or joinery industry in UAE
