Objective:
Responsible for planning and directing the development & implementation of all Brand’s Marketing activities. Designs and implements annual Marketing strategies based on close familiarity with market trends and promote and lead the development and implementation of national-level, brand positioning & strategic Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the marketing activities for the dealerships in the market area.
Carry out all digital marketing campaigns and support each site with all campaigns
Develop and process marketing plans to help increase sales
Monitor Sales and Marketing KPIs to make sure monthly targets are met.
Develop long and short term strategies for facility region to meet set quarterly targets.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the facility in coordination with CEO.
Create weekly reports detailing new competitor press and compile detailed monthly summary of competitor programmes for the brand team.
Launch and promote the Company Digital Marketing of the business(Website, Mobile apps, Face book, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Linked-in, Google etc) Responsible for Strategic Marketing Management, outlining the Corporate Marketing strategies and implement in the operations for all brands.
Developed, managed and implemented key marketing elements including advertising, media planning, pre campaign research, promotions, collaterals and direct marketing to support campaign’s marketing &communication objectives.
Help drive campaign from planning to completion, including developing a detailed business case, campaign budget forecast, and campaign resource projections based on capacity and ROI analysis on marketing activities.
Planned and forecasted appropriate campaign budget allocation targeting and achieving both long and short term strategic achievements.
Requirements:
Have a Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management – a Post Graduate Degree is desirable but not essential.
Have strong initiative drive, flare for entrepreneurship, customer service orientation, knowledge of the market place.
Must have a strong marketing background and automotive industry experience is desirable.
Someone who has the ability to bring new ideas to the marketing strategy
8- 10 years’ experience in sales and customer care, preferably with a large organization in the automotive industry
