Our team is looking for an Org Design & Total Rewards Manager to be a part of a successful and diverse team.
As an organization design manager, you will create and deliver organization strategy with cutting-edge analytical technologies.
Create and implement organizational strategies.
Oversee the preparation of organization design options, their comparison to design criteria, and the coordination of leadership groups for the selection and application of designs.
Use analytical and visualization tools to determine how various design and decision-making options will affect the situation.
Oversee the process of determining, allocating, and putting into practice the decision-making authority and responsibility of both individuals (decision rights) and groups (governance).
Create workforce transition programs and plans, including tactics for transferring talent at all levels.
Create competency models, career routes, and occupations to help with employee recruitment and transition.
Key Focus Areas:
Develop total rewards strategies and programs, job evaluations, job leveling and rewards, performance management, and succession planning.
The Total Rewards Manager is in charge of creating, planning, and executing benefit, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
The manager will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance as well as cost effectiveness.
You will collaborate with Human Resources (HR) teams and management to ensure that total rewards initiatives and programs are aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.
Conduct evaluations of industry standards and benchmarking for employee benefit and compensation programs in collaboration with consultants
Create new or improve existing communication plans and resources to assist employees in making the most of available programs to promote overall well-being.
Design, manage, and evaluate competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that improve the organization’s ability to attract and retain employees while delivering desired results.
