Our Engineering team is recruiting a Key Account Manager – Sales for our client’s MEA operations.
To carry out your job effectively you must have a background in industrial product sales focusing on the Oil & Gas and Petroleum companies in the GCC.
Responsibilities
Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analysis
Be able to independently & objectively verify works produced by another design team
May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters
Develop new markets, gain market share, win projects and handle the entire tendering process
Obtain market intelligence, carry out market analysis and monitor competitor activities, identify opportunities and build strategies to acquire new energy projects
Explore the New market / Products and geographical expansion opportunities.
Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
Ideally have 3-5 years’ experience technical sales within the Oil and Gas industry
Must have prior experience in closing deals within the energy/wind and insulation sector
Must be an Engineering graduate in either chemical engineering, civil, mechanical or electromechanical discipline
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough knowledge of domestic and global markets
Customer orientated, ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
