PROFILE

We are recruiting a senior level manager with extensive experience in the construction sector.

This is a leadership position ideal for someone with a successful track record in leading from the front in a strategic role with ample hands-on experience in operational management.

You will be responsible for P&L and overall performance of the business.

Duties of the role include responsibility for the day to day operations of the company including commercial issues, client liaisons, review of estimates, site performance and liaise with accounts department on turnover targets.

IDEAL PROFILE

The successful candidate must be able to manage a large size business with an employee strength of over 400- 500 staff along with the labor workforce on site on projects.

The incumbent must have 15 – 20 years’ experience within large sized contracting firms and minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE

Ideal background in construction , working with main contractors for high-rise buildings, commercial properties and infrastructure projects.

You must have strong decision making skills and longevity of career

Assertive with excellent presentation skills

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) with emphasis on project management or project engineering or equivalent.

Creative thinker with problem solving  abilities.

Must be a native Arabic speaker
