Objective:
The primary goal of the individual is to support all finance and accounting activities including financial planning and corporate initiatives of the group business worldwide.
Responsibilities
Support the consolidation of budget and multiyear plan of the entities and provide support to worldwide sites including coordination of accounting and controlling
Control reports of entities and provide regular reporting for risk assessments, Selling , General and Administrative expenses, Capex
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the group business
Carry out internal audit and provide inputs and support to the management for long-term financial planning
Manage timely variance explanations on expenses, volumes and rates
Prepare and present P&L analysis for major initiatives and coordinate external audit support schedules in preparation for year-end audit
Coordinate with the treasury function concerning bank guarantees, banking limits and loans
Consolidation of Credit risk and overdue report and liaising with sites, quarterly consolidation of actual & forecast of forex summary
Work towards minimizing the risk of the organization, gather financial information, read financial briefings, assess, analyze and interpret complicated financial information
Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
The incumbent must have hands-on experience in the capacity of a Finance Manager or Controller
Ideally have experience in a multinational environment and prior experience in an audit firm
ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA, Masters Degree (MA) or equivalent in the Finance discipline
Prior experience in Microsoft Power BI or similar Business Analytics technologies
Excellent hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with the ability to carry out complex analysis and reporting
Demonstrated experience in IFRS and Taxation
