Our Construction and Engineering desk is recruiting a Facilities & Project Manager for our reputed client based in the Gulf region.

This position is based in their Doha office.

Ideal background of the candidate:

An individual with  demonstrated experience in facilities management and managing project within a contracting company – ideally experienced in a diverse business area, likes of : Electro-mechanical work, HVAC, Elevators, Hard & Soft services,Entrance Control Systems etc..

You must have a successful track record in managing projects and generating business within the above-mentioned business segments.

You will be responsible for:

Developing their multi-faceted business unit

Selection and hiring of staff

Winning new business deals

Cultivating existing customer relationship

Increasing revenue funnel
