Purpose:
Reporting directly to the CEO , a part of the Leadership team you will be required to build a strong HR Shared Services centre to support the organization’s group operations.
Role:
In this role you will be the strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to the Senior management , lead the development of HR Strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information & analysis and ultimately, providing recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives that are in line with organizational objectives.
You will develop and lead people development programmes, spearhead recruitment drives across the region , implement and standardize company policies and procedures.
Lead strategic HR initiatives including Leadership Development, Employee Experience, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Rewards, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding etc.
Act as change agent in managing improving the culture/work environment across the divisions by the effective deployment of corporate HR initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The incumbent must be a Saudi national, preferably female
Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or any discipline with any professional Qualification in Human Resources (likes of CIPD, SHRM, SPHR etc..)
You must have at least 5 years’ HR Management experience, heading up the HR function at a group level, supporting multiple group entities.
Prior experience in effectively handling employee relations,conflict resolution, driving employee engagement initiatives ,strategic recruitment and developing performance management dashboards
Hands-on experience in overseeing Oracle, Microsoft or similar ERP implementation projects
The incumbent must have excellent reporting skills and a successful track of carrying out board level presentations
There is a preference for a female candidate
