The Role
Our team is recruiting a creative marketing professional for our international client. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who enjoys thinking creatively and managing the design aspects of a global IT training company.
This position reports to the Global Marketing Manager and works with colleagues in the Global Marketing Department.
You will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Assist with the creative planning and implementation of Marketing initiatives.
Help in the development of all items related to the organization’s marketing automation projects for major vendors and topics.
Assist in artwork development for the company email and digital search/display campaigns; ensure campaigns comply with the company’s digital brand and are CAN-SPAM & GDPR compliant
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and informational material that will be used to help the Sales Team and to inform clients of the company’s offerings
Assist sales team on focused marketing activities
Be part of the development of overarching marketing strategy, marketing plans and tactical execution, both globally and regionally
Work on website enhancements, including SEO optimization, artwork design, landing pages, lead-generation optimization, user experience optimization, and troubleshooting issues
Ability to work flexible hours given company’s global enterprise structure
Required Background and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience in a creative environment or position
Strong professional or native English-speaking skills, both written and verbal
Experience with major email marketing solutions (e.g. HubSpot)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Adwords
Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
Strong attention to details and proofreading
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint etc.)
Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
