THE PROFILE:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and strategically directing all aspects of the group’s Finance function

Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes

Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist ownership and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities

Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position

Be an advisor from both the operational/financial perspectives on any contracts into which the corporation may enter

THE PERSON:

The incumbent must have hands-on experience in the capacity of a CFO at group level or leading finance within a group with multiple business segments, ideally in the UAE

Must have experience in the GCC within relevant industries (Real Estate, Insurance, Travel, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality etc..)

Fluency in English , with exceptional presentation skills

CPA/CMA, Masters Degree (MA) or equivalent in the Finance or similar discipline

Aggressive track record in turning around businesses and excellent leadership skills
