Job Overview:

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager for a local business . In addition to managing one of their retail sites, the Sales Manager will also monitor the performance of the used car division for the brand.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the sales team and the sales lead management process. Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the motor industry, motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets.
Key responsibilities will include: Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by you/your team, and in a manner that focuses on the Customer Sales Experience.
Lead, motivate, manage and drive the team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the dealership’s key performance indicators.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have a successful track record in passenger car sales and leading a team of successful sales team. Previous motor industry experience , preferably in the volume /luxury segment is mandatory.
