Our team are looking for an accounts support officer to join our global client.
The purpose of the role is to assist the global finance team in all its accounting and financial tasks and entries.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken and the ability to liaise and collaborate with a diverse English speaking team.
Requirements:
Ideally a BCom graduate
With minimum 2-5 years’ experience in accounts/finance
Basic understanding of accounting
Understanding of support documents i.e. Task Order or Purchase Order to tie to invoice.
Excel capabilities – use of spreadsheets to track tasks within Accounts Payable Team – and – we use to monitor P&L costs
Organizational skills – Importance of keeping the documents in the proper saved folder and attaching where it is required.
Communication/people skills – we work with every internal department as well as global external vendor/customers.
Follow up and management of tasks.
