Job Overview:
On behalf of our client, our team is seeking a Manager –Customer Innovation with experience in Fats with specialization in Bakery and Dairy products.
You will conduct lab tests with QC team, perform data analysis and write product specifications/ information.
Monitor formulation trends and convert them to opportunities to simulate growth.
Monitor and gather information of new global trends/ launches, etc. and provide new concepts
Recommend claims initiatives with operation team to support customers.
Work with customer to develop new products and introduce new uses for existing products.
Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
Must have a University Degree in Chemistry or Food Science
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fat & Oil production , with experience in flavors and ingredients
Solid experience in R&D, QC and Product development, demonstrated experience in formulations and recipes
Prior experience in recommending unique fat recipes for bakery and dairy products
Good communications skills.
Good Project management skills.
