OVERVIEW:

A Leading conglomerate in the region is currently looking to hire a finance management professional within their corporate division for their KSA operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified/part-qualified finance manager with the drive to succeed and grow within the business both horizontally and vertically.

ROLE:

As a Finance Manager specializing in Dealership Management System (DMS) implementation, you will play a crucial role in assisting the organization in establishing an efficient and effective DMS. You will be responsible for overseeing the finance-related aspects of the implementation process, ensuring smooth integration and providing ongoing support to optimize the system’s functionality. This role requires deep knowledge of financial processes and systems within the automotive industry, as well as strong project management and communication skills.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, sales, and finance, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines related to DMS implementation.

Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Work closely with the DMS implementation team to develop and document financial requirements, including chart of accounts, general ledger structure, inventory management, accounting procedures, and reporting capabilities.

Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants to ensure successful integration of the DMS into existing financial systems and processes

REQUIREMENTS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You must have a successful track record (10+ years) in  the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of dealership operations and financial processes.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related field

Preferred: Master Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or any related field, or Professional Certificate(s) such as CMA or CPA

Familiarity with various DMS platforms used in the automotive industry, such as CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar systems. Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
