Our team is looking for an HR Specialist with demonstrated experience in HR communications and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Help employees become more engaged by assisting with the delivery of communications, campaigns and information using a range of media.
Effective communications can have a direct impact on engagement, productivity and staff morale.
You’ll be dedicated to delivering consistent, quality and timely communications using a variety of channels. Establishing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, influencing and informing the development of the internal communications strategy will be a key element of your role.
You’ll also assess the impact of communications and make recommendations for improvement, with opportunities to enhance and improve existing communications channels.
Requirements:
As an HR Employee Engagement Officer, you will have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, and creative in how messages are conveyed. You will be confident in advising multiple audiences, organising and prioritising your workload to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Experience in working in a similar capacity is essential
